Refund Policy

Free trial

Monthly and annual plans can start with a free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

Monthly plan

Cancel any time to stop the next charge. Email us within 7 days of any monthly charge and we will refund it.

Annual plan

If it is not for you, email us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. After that, you can cancel to stop renewal and keep access until the year you paid for ends.

Lifetime plan

Email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After that, lifetime purchases are not refundable.

How to ask

Email support@monkmodejournal.app from the address on your account. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Access ends when a refund is issued; your journal stays in your account in case you come back.
